Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as Secondary School Diploma
Experience: Candidates should have 2-3 years of supervisory experience

  • The candidates should be able to foster and maintain positive union and employee relations environments, through counseling sessions, investigations, or grievance meetings as needed
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with the team members to deliver winning results to meet both daily and weekly production schedules
  • The candidates should be able to participate in audits and actively participate in daily team meetings and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as FSQA, Reliability, and Human Resources
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate safety talks and task observations and able to be responsible for daily administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling, and shift reports
  • The candidates should be able to support and lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
