Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to negotiate or approve the rental or lease of properties on behalf of the property owner, ensuring that the terms of lease agreements are met
- The candidates should be able to hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties, prepare and administer contracts for property services, and coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
- The candidates should be able to monitor progress and the cost of work for property owners, compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, and prepare expense and income reports, ensuring a response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
