Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the row, clean the crops, and clear fields of wood and stones
The candidates should be able to cultivate on vertical farming system, cut agricultural crops, and dose water saturation, light and temperature as instructed for crop growth and development
The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market, perform greenhouse cleaning, and hand harvest vegetables
The candidates should be able to harvest seedlings, harvest soybean pods, and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns
The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops, remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, and harvest crops
