Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, and answer the telephone, relay telephone calls, and messages
