Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, pay attention to detail, and sit for extended periods
  • The candidates should be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and excellent written communication
  • The candidates should be flexible, organized, and reliable

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to operate switchboard or telephone system, order office supplies, and record and relay information
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, arrange teleconferences, and calculate billing charges
  • The candidates should be able to monitor mobile radio or telephone, provide directory assistance, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and prepare expense and income reports
