Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor Degree
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be located in or willing to self-relocate to the territory
  • The candidates should have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a car for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of P and G’s business, objectives, grooming category, marketplace dynamics, and competitors
  • The candidates should be able to establish effective working relationships with Regional Availability Managers, identifying issues and opportunities to enhance Point of Sale (POS), in-stock availability, open sales, and display compliance at target stores
  • The candidates should be able to take ownership and responsibility for all stores within their allocated territory, prioritizing stores based on potential opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to cultivate and sustain relationships with Department, Store, and Zone management, securing support for new display and checkout distribution initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to develop action plans and provide training to store, market, and regional contacts to ensure effective execution of plans
  • The candidates should be able to plan store visits efficiently and economically to achieve desired outcomes
  • The candidates should be able to capture data, insights, and feedback for daily and weekly reporting, as well as for creating business case studies
  • The candidates should be able to participate in quarterly team meetings to share insights and contribute to team objectives
