Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be located in or willing to self-relocate to the territory

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have equivalent work experience and bilingual in French at the native or highest proficiency level
  • The candidates should have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a car for extended periods of time
  • The candidates should be able to undertake regional (in-province) travel required 1-2 times per month

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop and maintain an excellent understanding of P&G business, objectives, the grooming category, marketplace, and competitors
  • The candidates should be able to develop effective working relationships with the Regional Availability Manager, identifying issues and opportunities and creating solutions to improve POS, in-stock levels, open sales, and display compliance at target stores
  • The candidates should be able to take ownership and responsibility for all stores within the allocated territory and stratify stores based on the greatest opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to build and maintain relationships with Department, Store, and Zone management, as well as Market AP leaders (TLMs), gaining alignment to systemic solutions
  • The candidates should be able to develop action plans and engage or train all appropriate store, market, and regional contacts to ensure solutions are integrated
  • The candidates should be able to efficiently and economically plan all specified store visits to achieve the required outcomes
  • The candidates should be able to capture data, insights, and feedback for daily/weekly reporting and the creation of business case studies and attend quarterly team meetings
