Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, plan and control budget and expenditures, and work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- The candidates should be able to determine strategic planning related to new product lines, establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
- The candidates should be able to organize regional and divisional sales operations, recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
