Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials:Â CPR Certificate and Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail and be accurate in their work
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed, and be physically capable of handling demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to sit for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should maintain a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work and show initiative in their tasks
- The candidates should exercise good judgment in various situations, be organized, reliable, and a team player
- The candidates should have strong time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist health care practitioners during examinations or treatments, monitor patients and advise the physician of any changes in patients’ condition
- The candidates should be able to address and document symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions, assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, co-ordinate, and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
- The candidates should be able to deliver immunization programs, dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
- The candidates should be able to engage in research activities related to nursing, operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
- The candidates should be able to provide nursing care, supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, and perform administrative tasks
