Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the client service industry
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a post-secondary diploma and a preference for travel and tourism experience and experience working with remote locations
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, complemented by solid planning and organizing skills
- The candidates should possess excellent working knowledge of all MS Office software, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- The candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
- The candidates should have independent judgment and solid decision-making abilities and valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign and manage schedules for flight manifests for all employees, contractors, and visitors
- The candidates should be able to assign and manage bunkhouse room allocations for employees, contractors, and visitors
- The candidates should be able to manage the Logistics system to ensure accurate recording of arrivals, departures, rosters, and man days, and resolve any irregularities
- The candidates should be able to develop and review forecasts to identify causes of bottlenecks and assist in proposing process improvements
- The candidates should be able to comply with and promote behavior and business practices outlined in Alamos Gold Policies or Procedures, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- The candidates should be able to comply with all logistics standards, policies, and procedures
- The candidates should be able to act as a liaison with the Front Desk to ensure adherence to all Bunkhouse procedures
- The candidates should be able to track trends and provide weekly and monthly reporting of relevant KPIs and enter work orders, requisitions, and purchase orders accurately
- The candidates should be able to conduct regular bunkhouse and kitchen walkthroughs and inspections and participate in the budgetary process, maintaining and tracking budgetary items
- The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with Human Resources to ensure continuity of the Contractor Clearance Process and work collaboratively with all departments and maintain positive relationships with external contractors
