Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in tasks and assignments
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, ensuring satisfaction and meeting client needs through effective communication
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills in interactions with clients and colleagues
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, adapting to changing tasks and client requirements
- The candidates should be organized, maintaining a systematic approach to tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently meeting commitments and expectations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations and determine the type of services to be offered while implementing operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
- The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and recruit, train, and supervise staff
