Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and cost products and services
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and set staff work schedules while monitoring staff performance
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
