Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure, demonstrating physical capability to handle demanding tasks and a keen attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as part of their work routine, adapting quickly to changing demands
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and exhibit excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing circumstances, reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities, and effective team players

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency, determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures accordingly
- The candidates should be able to monitor revenues regularly, modify procedures, and adjust prices as needed to optimize profitability, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed rigorously
- The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness, negotiating with clients for catering or facility use to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and analyze budgets to ensure financial stability and growth, participating in marketing plans and implementation to attract and retain customers
- The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and address customers’ complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, providing excellent customer service while recruiting, training, and supervising staff to build a competent and motivated team
