Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail in their work
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices accordingly, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
