Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP, Business/commerce, general
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Specialization/experience (business sales and services): Buying, Market analysis, Product selection, Negotiation, Pricing
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication and be flexible
- The candidates should be organized and analytical
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to study market reports, trade periodicals and sales promotion materials and arrange product according to planogram
- The candidates should be able to establish and maintain contact with suppliers and maintain adequate stock levels
- The candidates should be able to negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers and review requirements of establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
- The candidates should be able to select and purchase merchandise for resale and visit trade shows, showrooms, factories and product design events
