Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be creativity, energetic, hardworking and also a team player
- The candidate should have knowledge of time management
- The candidate should be able to supervise 5-10 people
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements and also recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidate should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale and also determine staffing requirements
- The candidate should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses and also plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- The candidate should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales, implement price and credits policies, develop and implement marketing strategies and also resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
