Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail

- The candidates should have the ability to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque
- The candidates should be able to order merchandise, sell merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, manage cash, and conduct performance reviews
- The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff
