Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Work setting: Willing to relocate to a rural area or remote location for a retail business.
Relocation costs not covered by the employer.
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smokers and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and be experienced in handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be proficient in walking for extended periods

- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for intricate tasks, have the ability to distinguish between colors, and be comfortable with sitting for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for the training of staff
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.), and supervise office and volunteer staff
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, oversee payroll administration, and teach interest or professional development courses
