Salary: $33.15 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 25 Neptune Crescent Dartmouth, NSB2Y 4P9
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Construction, Commercial, and Industrial
Supervision: 5-10 people, Roofers, Apprentices, and Labourers
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, work outdoors, and work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to work at heights and work in dusty conditions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, should be organized, and should be reliable
- The candidates should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, supervise workers and projects, and co-ordinate and schedule activities
- The candidates should be able to train or arrange for training, set up machines and equipment, and estimate costs and materials
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, read blueprints and drawings, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
