Bungee Access is a provider of specialized access solutions for construction, maintenance, and inspection projects. Specializing in rope access techniques, they offer safe, efficient, and cost-effective alternatives to traditional scaffolding and aerial platforms. With a team of highly trained and certified technicians, Bungee Access delivers a wide range of services including window cleaning, facade maintenance, building inspections, and repair work at height. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Construction, Painting and Inspection
Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools and Pressure washers
Own tools/equipment: Hard hat and Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Working at heights training
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights, in potentially dangerous environments, and in dusty, hot, outdoors, or wet/damp conditions, and have a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work
- The candidates should possess effective hand-eye coordination, enabling them to perform tasks accurately, be capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks, and have excellent manual dexterity, allowing them to manipulate tools and equipment effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work, ensuring precision and correctness, possess excellent oral communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas
- The candidates should be organized in their tasks and responsibilities, managing their workload efficiently, and be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others towards common goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to inspect buildings and outside areas to detect signs of infestation
