Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need telecom technology experience, training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them to Rogers and Fido brand products, including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone, and Rogers Mastercard
- The candidates should be able to identify opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment
- The candidates should be able to drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products
- The candidates should be able to represent Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events
