Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to greet, sell, and thank the customer
- The candidates should be able to efficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POS
- The candidates should be able to resolve customer service issues and escalate as required
- The candidates should be able to create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates
- The candidates should be able to maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
- The candidates should be able to understand and comply with Cash Handling procedures
