Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Firearms
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess integrity, maintain a positive attitude, and be quick learners
- The candidates should demonstrate effective time management skills, exhibit dependability, and have efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, prioritize client focus, and show initiative
- The candidates should possess the ability to multitask, prioritize punctuality, demonstrate maturity, and uphold honesty
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate the cash register efficiently, provide advice about merchandise knowledgeably, and assist in the display of merchandise effectively
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service, conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce proficiently, and estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates accurately
- The candidates should be able to greet customers warmly and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease, maintain sales records for inventory control efficiently
- The candidates should be able to prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease meticulously, and prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, and accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment securely
