Salary: $22.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Credentials: Security Guard License

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure effectively

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate client focus and possess excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule work effectively, arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed, and assist clients/guests with special needs courteously and efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to be the point of contact to handle emergency situations promptly and effectively, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments seamlessly
  • The candidates should be able to monitor quality and production levels to ensure standards are met, prepare and submit progress and other reports accurately and on time, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • The candidates should be able to supervise, coordinate, schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers effectively, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies comprehensively
