Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have 3.5 years of experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience and experience in general office work
  • The candidates should have experience in the banking sector and experience in process improvement
  • The candidates should have experience in operations and experience in customer service and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as proficiency in collaboration tools such as Yammer, Teams, Skype, SharePoint
