Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, along with familiarity with data structures and algorithms
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- The candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role
- The candidates should also have experience in developing accessible technologies
- The candidates should possess 3 years of experience with full-stack development, covering back-end technologies like Java, Python, GO, and/or C++ codebases, as well as front-end experience involving JavaScript and/or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or equivalent
- The candidates should have 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, and/or launching software products, in addition to 1 year of experience in software design and architecture
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to write and test product or system development code
- The candidates should be able to participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies
- The candidates should be able to review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)
- The candidates should be able to contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback
- The candidates should be able to triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality
