Salary: $17.50 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 45 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Landscape construction
Equipment and machinery experience: Chain saw, Front end loader, Pick-up truck, Small engine equipment, Sod cutter, Tractor mower, and Weed trimmer/edger
Area of work experience: Cleaning and Snow removal
Architectural specialization: Commercial
Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear, Steel-toed safety boots, Gloves, and Cellular phone
Credentials: First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check, Driving record check (abstract), and Drug test
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and adaptable to noisy environments, as well as capable of working in wet/damp, dusty, and hot conditions
- The candidates should be resilient to odors in the work environment, able to work in cold/refrigerated environments, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and experienced in handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should have the ability to handle heavy loads, be physically fit to meet the demands of a physically demanding job, and possess manual dexterity

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist with landscape constructions, including the ability to weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
- The candidates should be able to cut grass, rake, and collect refuse, as well as remove litter and garbage
- The candidates should be able to cart and spread topsoil and other materials, lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers and repair/maintain equipment
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports and water/tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, load and unload vehicles, and level earth to fine-grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment, as well as clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- The candidates should be able to perform grading
