Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Mandarin, and Vietnamese
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Interactive/new media, Digital media, and Strategy
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform administrative tasks efficiently, including advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies and coordinating special publicity events and promotions
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries promptly and effectively, assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material, and develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs, gather, research, and prepare communications material, and initiate and maintain contact with the media
- The candidates should be able to prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions, conduct analytical marketing studies, and conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional, or international areas to assess the development of potential and future trends
- The candidates should be able to design market research questionnaires, develop a portfolio of marketing materials, conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions, and develop marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database, write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials, copywrite, and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
