Clarenville Green Depot based in Clarenville, NL is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Sorter, recyclable materials. Clarenville Green Depot provide convenient drop-off points for various recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, and electronics, ensuring that these items are properly diverted from landfills. Through workshops, seminars, and community events, we strive to empower individuals and businesses to make environmentally conscious choices in their everyday lives. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Seel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy area
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be dependable, initiative, and, reliable
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate and package materials and products
- The candidates should be able to move, sort and pile materials and products
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service
