These stations offer various grades of gasoline, diesel, and additional amenities such as convenience stores, pay-at-pump options, restrooms, and air pumps. Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2Â years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, and determine merchandise and services to be sold
- The candidates should be able to study market research and trends, implement price and credit policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
