Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 3-5 years retail experience required

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide leadership, consistently coach, and enforce service model standards for each customer interaction
  • The candidates should be able to deliver exceptional omni-channel experience, supporting in-store eCommerce sales and timely order fulfillment
  • The candidates should be able to support customer acquisition through loyalty and credit card program promotion
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate and ensure adherence to visual compliance, store maintenance, and pricing standards
  • The candidates should be able to establish and monitor weekly execution of price changes, promotional set-ups, and department POP
  • The candidates should be able to meet annual shrink targets through team education, LP enforcement, and inventory control
  • The candidates should be able to oversee annual inventory preparation and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to create and manage efficient store scheduling for sales and support functions
  • The candidates should be able to provide continuous feedback, coaching, and conduct appraisals for management team and direct reports
  • The candidates should be able to ensure execution of customer experience and resolution of concerns
  • The candidates should be able to lead recruitment, maintain a complete team, and develop succession plans
  • The candidates should be able to act as a brand ambassador, promoting brands and fostering a positive work culture
  • The candidates should be able to motivate the team through recognition programs and contests, maintaining performance expectations
