Working Conditions: During training (Monday – Friday, 9 am to 6 pm) and After training (7-day on, 7-day off rotation, 3 pm to 3 am)

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience doing inventory counts and familiarity with the aviation industry and some training will also provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be self-motivated, with the ability to work productively in an unsupervised environment and prioritize effectively
  • The candidates should have excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • The candidates should meet pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have strong MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • The candidates should have Quick and accurate data entry skills
  • The candidates should have experience with Remote Aviation Access System (RAAS)

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to conduct a thorough and accurate count of all current inventory items
  • The candidates should be able to carry out the applicable printing of labels using our Remote Aviation Access System (RAAS)
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that all parts and components are properly packaged and clearly labeled with RAAS barcode
  • The candidates should be able to consolidate all like-numbered parts together in one location and have that location reflected in RAAS
  • The candidates should be able to ensure all bin locations are properly labeled to reflect the parts within
  • The candidates should be able to identify possible discrepancies in inventory and/or labeling and report to the Supervisor
  • The candidates should be able to perform scanning, photocopying, and filing
