Salary: $22.00 hourly 35 to 48 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 140 University Avenue West Waterloo, ON N2L 6J3
Shifts: 09:00 to 17:00
Work setting: Retail business
Supervision: 3-4 people, Cashiers, Elemental sales occupations, Grocery clerks and shelf stockers, Retail salespersons and sales clerks

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years’

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
The candidates should be able to walk for extended periods
The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads

Other Requirements:

The candidate should be accurate, client focus, organized, flexible, reliable
The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, sell merchandise
The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
