Salary: $20.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Vancouver, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, and cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- The candidates should be able to wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, and weigh meats for sale
- The candidates should be able to cut poultry into parts, price meat products, sell meats to customers, grind meats, train meat cutters, and prepare special orders
