- The candidates should be able to oversee front-end operations, ensuring efficient cashier performance and excellent customer service
- The candidates should be able to train, mentor, and support cashier staff to enhance productivity and compliance with company policies
- The candidates should be able to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- The candidates should be able to monitor cash handling procedures to maintain register security and prevent losses
- The candidates should be able to manage store opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers and preparing deposits
- The candidates should be able to implement store promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies
- The candidates should be able to enforce safety and loss prevention policies to minimize risks
- The candidates should be able to assist with merchandising and maintaining front-end displays
