Supervision: 1 To 2 People and 3-4 People
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, be flexible, and stay organized
- The candidates should be reliable, a team player, and committed to their duties
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and order merchandise
- The candidates should be able to authorize return of merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
