- The candidates should be able to confer with clients to identify and document requirements and conduct business and technical studies
- The candidates should be able to provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
- The candidates should be able to assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
- The candidates should be able to operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
- The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support and resolve conflict situations
