Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a degree in education and nursing
Experience: Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have previous experience in an adult teaching/educator or training role and ISTP certification and prior experience working in a regulated environment
  • The candidates should have knowledge of all Donor Centre programs, including whole blood, autologous, directed, and apheresis
  • The candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and technical skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate training requirements by identifying staff training needs, utilizing their expertise in operating procedures and regulatory requirements
  • The candidates should be able to deliver related content and facilitate training sessions, leveraging their excellent coaching skills
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the development and modification of the national training program, including training standards development and documentation, based on their knowledge or experience of all Donor Centre programs
  • The candidates should be able to assist with the implementation of new projects and processes, utilizing their superior interpersonal and communication skills
  • The candidates should be able to identify and periodically perform procedures to maintain competency and efficiency in training requirements, with a continuous improvement mindset and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice
