Job Description:

Salary: $28.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Caledon, ON

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to drive as part of a two-person team or convoy, load and unload goods, and obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
The candidates should be able to operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, perform emergency roadside repairs, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
The candidates should be able to record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
