Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science
Experience: Candidates should have 4 years of conversation design experience in product design or UX
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in visual or interaction design across at least two platforms: Android, iOS, or web
- The candidates should possess a portfolio showcasing their experience in visual design, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail
- The candidates should have knowledge of user experience design, with an understanding of how motion design impacts user interface and interaction design, and vice versa
- The candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills and be familiar with technical constraints and limitations when designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile Android and iOS
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to propose solutions by utilizing existing patterns and best practices in interaction or visual design
- The candidates should be able to partner with other design leads, User Experience writers and researchers, developers, and Product Managers to arrive at the best product ideas
- The candidates should be able to gauge the usability and trustworthiness of new and existing features
- The candidates should be able to create artifacts, prototypes, or specifications that enable developers to implement new features
