Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, company will provide training
Type of Crops: Cucumbers, Greenhouse tomatoes. Greenhouse vegetables, Herbs and Strawberries
Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service
Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming and Hot
Work setting: Rural area
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and in tight deadlines
- The candidate should be attention to detail
- The candidate should be physically demanding
- The candidate should be able to work with hand-eye coordination
- The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- The candidate should be a team player

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
- The candidate should be able to ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed
- The candidate should be able to maintain quality control and production records
- The candidate should be able to maintain work records and logs
- The candidate should be able to hire and train staff
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to perform general farm duties
- The candidate need to supervise more than 20 people
