Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments and be non-smokers
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and be physically capable of handling demanding tasks
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed and be prepared for a large workload
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean the crops meticulously to ensure their health and quality and cut horticultural crops carefully to harvest them at the optimal time
- The candidates should be able to perform deleafing to remove excess leaves and promote plant growth and divide freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots for distribution
- The candidates should be able to grade vegetables and fruits into different grades based on size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value and perform greenhouse cleaning to maintain a hygienic and conducive environment for plant growth
- The candidates should be able to guide growing shoots into optimal development positions to encourage healthy growth and hand-harvest vegetables carefully to minimize damage to the produce
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications to prepare surfaces for planting or construction and maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes to optimize grape production
- The candidates should be able to perform weeding to remove unwanted plants and maintain the health of cultivated crops and clean the work area regularly to ensure a safe and organized working environment
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops efficiently to ensure timely collection and preservation of produce and detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry to prevent outbreaks and minimize losses
- The candidates should be able to set and monitor water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns, pens, and chicken coops to create optimal conditions for livestock and report signs of insect or disease damage promptly to prevent the spread of pests and pathogens
