Salary: $15.50 hourly for 40 to 65 hours per week

Type of crops: Cucumbers and Tomatoes
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye coordination and distinguish between colours
- The candidates should be able to work in hot area and in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, judgmental, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crop, clip, deleaf, and grade
- The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning, hand harvest vegetables
- The candidates should be able to lower, sucker, tie, and should be able to perform vegetable culling
- The candidates should be able to work with vertical farming systems and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
