Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive taskers
• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• The candidates should be willing to for overtime
• The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye coordination and distinguish between colours
• The candidates should be able to work in hot area and in other vegetables and melon farming (except potato)

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be organized, judgmental, should have efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean crop, clip, deleaf, and grade
• The candidates should be able to perform greenhouse cleaning, hand harvest vegetables
• The candidates should be able to lower, sucker, tie, and should be able to perform vegetable culling
• The candidates should be able to work with vertical farming systems and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
