- The candidates should be able to come up with original story ideas and produce original stories that they will shoot and edit
- The candidates should be able to deliver stories that will stand out from the competition, emphasizing creativity over traditional methods
- The candidates should be able to ensure that their stories are digital first and also deliver for all platforms (radio, TV, and web)
