Part-Time AM Morning Shift: Monday to Friday (5 days a week). Shift start time 03:30 AM (approx.). Shifts are generally 5-6 hours per day but may extend longer during high volume and peak holiday season. Shift start and finish time will vary – flexibility needed

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • The candidates should be capable of lifting up to 70lbs

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to read and memorize postal codes
  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • The candidates should be comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles and be willing to stay longer than the usual shift hours depending on operational needs and shipment volume

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform the Package Handler / Warehouse Worker position, which is a physical fast-paced and labor-intensive role within a warehouse environment. This role involves sorting/stocking packages as well as loading and unloading them into and out of UPS package delivery vehicles and trailers
  • The candidates should be able to load and unload packages into package delivery vehicles and trailers
  • The candidates should be able to learn and properly execute company-established package handling methods
  • The candidates should be able to sort and stock packages based on postal codes
