Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be capable of handling repetitive tasks
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services and develop schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- The candidates should be able to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems, as well as plan and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
- The candidates should be able to prepare or oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility
