Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads
  • The candidates should be able to manage physically demanding work, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
  • The candidates should be able to sit, stand for extended periods, and work overtime as required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be client-focused, have efficient interpersonal skills, and be flexible
  • The candidates should be organized and a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interpret welding process specifications, operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment, and operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
  • The candidates should be able to determine weldability of materials, operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products, and maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
