Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed welding school
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to handle repetitive tasks and work well both independently and as part of a team
- The candidates should be able to wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to safety footwear, hearing protection, eye protection, a hard hat, a welding mask, and respiratory protection
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have and have on-the-job welding experience, with the ability to set temperature and wire speed and strong attention to detail and possess troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to set up and weld parts using MIG welding (GMAW) on 16-gauge to ½” plates, ensuring precision and quality
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain welding equipment in excellent condition to ensure efficiency and longevity
- The candidates should be able to use hand tools such as grinders, flame-cutting equipment, air tools, and power tools safely and effectively
- The candidates should be able to read, understand, and follow blueprints accurately to ensure proper assembly and welding specifications
- The candidates should be able to keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- The candidates should be able to meet production demands while adhering to all safety protocols and best practices
- The candidates should be able to perform Touch Quality Checks (TQCs) to ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications
- The candidates should be able to carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall production and operational goals
