Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically capable of lifting and maneuvering 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and within confined spaces, adhering to safety protocols
- The candidates should have familiarity with using jigs and fixtures for precise welding work
- The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods of time
- The candidates should possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve welding issues as they arise
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be motivated individuals with prior welding experience and a commitment to skill development
- The candidates should have the ability and interest to pursue CWB certification in SAW, as well as SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding techniques in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
- The candidates should have effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and following project instructions
- The candidates should be able to read, understand, and follow blueprints and welding symbols accurately to ensure quality standards

- The candidates should be able to report to the Production Manager
