Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and be able to handle heavy loads and manage physically demanding work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and excellent hand-eye coordination
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to set up, program, and operate one or more computerized or manual woodworking machines and fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures, and other wood products
- The candidates should be able to operate gluing machines to glue pieces of wood together or press and affix wood veneer to wood surfaces, and operate preset special purpose woodworking machines to fabricate wood products
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions and clean and lubricate machinery and equipment
